WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide! Here's a summary of our up to date Shipping costs:

Free UK delivery on all orders over £25

Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders over £50

For orders under the Free Delivery threshold the following costs apply;

UK : £3.25

Rest of World : £10

*Please note* Our products are shipped from the UK. For all deliveries outside of the UK, you will be responsible for any local taxes or duties associated with your purchase, if there are any. Also, please be aware that unless you select 'Recorded Mail' (UK)' or 'Royal Mail Int Tracked' (International) at checkout, we will not have the ability to track your parcel down if it was delayed or missing and cannot be held accountable, therefore recommend tracked delivery for outside of Europe. 

WHEN WILL MY RVLLRS ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders placed are usually dispatched within 24hrs, sometimes before (ex weekends ). UK customers should receive item(s) 3- 5 working days there after. Please allow up to 7-15 working days for international orders as we are shipping from the UK. Any queries regarding this, please get in touch via our contact page or store chat and we'd be happy to help!

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need to return or exchange an item(s) please return to the address provided on your order packing slip in your order within 30 days and email info@rvllrs.com with the details so we can process it for you. We aim to do so within 5 workings days of receiving the return.

All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Any returns received after this period will not qualify for a refund.

Please note: When returning an time for any reason, we are not responsible for the items until we receive them. Also, all items must be in their original state and unworn to qualify for a refund / exchange (unless faulty) Any items sold under promotion or sale are also non- refundable. Any queries regarding our returns, please don't hesitate to ask.

Rvllrs will not be held accountable for shipping to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, but we will be happy to assist you in the matter.
